In 2025, my marriage fell apart, in a very messy and public way. I found myself navigating single parenthood, moving, and learning who my real friends are. And through it all, I discovered a determination and grit inside of me I didn't know was there. Out of the wreckage of my life, I found a beautiful wonderful new beginning. Reclamation is For The Girls--the girls who thought 2025 was going to take them out, but learned they had a strength inside them beyond what they knew. It's to celebrate that tenacity. It's choosing to rise.
I'm so excited about Reclamation Experiences, and our trip to Ireland this July. I'd love to see you there with us.

-Kaitlyn Heads, Founder of Reclamation Experiences

we're so excited you're here.

Reclamation is a recalibration- a place to come rest your weary soul and come back to yourself. We're planning a beautiful week full of both exploration and relaxation, tailored especially to you. This retreat is your invitation to breathe deeply, to return to yourself, and to experience the quiet luxury of slowing down

Over several restorative days along the Wild Atlantic Way, you’ll be held in a space designed for women who are ready to reconnect — with their bodies, their inner knowing, and with one another. Expect gentle mornings, nourishing meals crafted from local ingredients, coastal walks that awaken your senses, and moments of soul-deep reflection.
It’s a curated experience of presence, pleasure, and personal recalibration.

Within an intimate, supportive group of women, you will rest, explore, laugh, and reclaim the parts of yourself that often get lost in the pace of everyday life. Luxury accommodations, thoughtful touches, and the wild beauty of Ireland come together to create a sanctuary where you can soften — and simultaneously rise.

If your heart is craving renewal, authenticity, and the magic of Ireland’s untamed coast, this retreat was made for you.

here's what we're dreaming of:

so what is it about?

YOU CAN EXPECT

COOL THINGS

Here's a sneak peek at the first day we'll spend at Barrow House: to shake off our jet lag and get ready for an incredible week, we're starting the morning with a private yoga class followed by sauna time + a cold plunge into the Atlantic ocean. It'll be the perfect mind + body reset to begin the trip!

YOGA + COLD PLUNGE MORNING

Step into the quiet grandeur of Muckross House, a Victorian estate surrounded by sculpted gardens, serene lakes, and mountain views that feel like a painting come alive. As you wander its grounds, you’ll sense the history, elegance, and timeless calm that make this corner of Ireland so unforgettable.

Just beyond the estate stretches Killarney National Park, a sanctuary of ancient woodlands, shimmering lakes, and gentle trails. We'll explore at a relaxed pace—breathing in fresh forest air, pausing beside waterfalls, and letting the wild beauty of the landscape recalibrate your senses.

EXPLORING KILLARNEY NATIONAL PARK + MUCKROSS HOUSE

We've planned plenty of down time for you to experience Ireland at whatever pace you'd like, with room to follow your curiosity. You might begin your morning with a walk by the harbour, a sea dip, or quiet reflection with tea as the tide rises. Spend slow afternoons curled up with a book, wandering the gardens, or gliding across calm waters in a kayak. Every option is simply an invitation—never an obligation. For those drawn to the outdoors, horseback riding along the coastline offers a breathtaking way to experience Kerry’s wild beauty. If you're craving something more grounding, the on-site beekeeping experience provides a rare opportunity to learn about Ireland’s native bees, taste local honey, and witness the quiet magic of nature up close.

Juliet’s facilitation is warm, steady, and permission-giving. Women leave her work feeling clearer, calmer, and more anchored while carrying language and practices they can return to long after the retreat ends.
